Refund Policy

Effective October 3, 2026

This policy covers payments for paid Status Bee plans. Status Bee is operated by Stella, S.E., and our plans are sold by Paddle.com as merchant of record, so Paddle is the one that pays a refund out. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

The short version

  • You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment. You do not have to give a reason.
  • Email support@statusbee.co, or ask Paddle through the link in your receipt.
  • The money goes back to the payment method you paid with.
  • After a refund your organization moves to the Free plan. Published status pages stay online and nothing is deleted.

The summary is for orientation only. The full text below is what applies.

1. The 14-day refund

You can cancel a paid plan and get a full refund within 14 days of a payment, without giving any reason. The 14 days are counted from the day after the payment was taken.

  • It applies to the first payment for a plan and to every renewal, on monthly and yearly billing alike.
  • We refund the full amount of that payment, including any tax charged on it.
  • It does not depend on how much you used the plan in that time.

2. How to ask for a refund

Write to support@statusbee.co from the email address on your account, or include the order number from your Paddle receipt so we can find the payment. You do not need to explain why.

You can also ask Paddle directly, through the support link in the receipt Paddle emailed you or at paddle.net.

Paddle pays the refund back to the payment method you used and emails you a credit note as the record of it. How soon the money shows on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

3. What happens to your plan

A refund ends the paid subscription it was for. Your organization moves to the Free plan, and you can keep using Status Bee on it for as long as you like.

Published status pages stay online. Anything above the Free plan's limits becomes read-only until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.

4. After the 14 days

Once the 14 days have passed, a payment is no longer refundable and we do not refund the unused part of a billing period. You can still cancel at any time from the billing page of the dashboard: the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or something else went wrong on our side, write to us whenever you notice it and we will put it right.

Nothing in this policy limits a right to a refund, or to withdraw from a purchase, that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

5. Paddle's terms

Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd or its affiliates as merchant of record. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, which you accept at checkout. They apply alongside this policy.
